13g coffee • 220g water • 2.5 - 3 minutes
What You Need
1 paper filter
25g (4 Tbsp) coffee, medium grind
220g (1.5 cups) water, just near boil
Pour 50g of the water until all the grounds are saturated.
Wait for the coffee to Bloom.
Pour another 50g of water in circular motion.
Wait for the water to drain through the grounds.
Pour the remaining 120g of water along the edges of the dripper.
Let the water drain through, when empty discard the filter and enjoy!
