What You Need
1 Chemex filter
75g coffee, coarse grind
1020 g water, just off boil
Pour 150g of water until all the grounds are saturated.
Stir the grounds to ensure all coffee is fully immersed.
Wait for the Coffee to Bloom.
Pour 390g of water in a circular motion of the grounds.
Wait for the water to drain through the grounds.
Top of the the brewer with the remaining 480g of water.
Wait for the water to drain through the grounds. When drained remove the filter and enjoy!
